Pares Balta Matera Prima Blanc

Nose is quite funky, some honeycomb, apple nectar , orange peel and ripe yellow plum. Taste has some cloudy apple cider, some fino sherry notes, touch of salinity, hint of orange peel and some yellow fruit stone bitterness. Medium-light body, medium acid, light tannic notes.
